About MyPathSocials
We believe kids and teens deserve a social platform that's built for them — not a watered-down version of what adults use.
Why we exist
Every major social platform today was designed for adults first. Kids use them anyway, with parental controls bolted on as an afterthought. That's backwards.
MyPathSocials is different. We started with the question: "What would a social platform look like if it were designed by parents and educators, for kids and teens?"
Our principles
- Safety is not a setting. It's the default. Nothing is public. No strangers. No ads.
- Guardians are partners, not obstacles. Parents get real tools, not checkboxes.
- Kids are not products. We don't sell data, run ads, or track users.
- Age matters. A 7-year-old and a 15-year-old need very different experiences.
- Free, forever. No premium tier, no paywall, no upsell.
How it works
Kids aged 5–12 get a playful, highly moderated experience where every post is approved by a guardian. Teens aged 13–17 get a more open experience with instant text posting, image review, and lighter guardian oversight — the balance shifts as kids grow up.
What we don't do
- No advertising
- No selling data
- No public profiles
- No anonymous viewing
- No third-party trackers
- No "engagement at any cost" algorithms
