• One Person: Accounts are for individual use only—no sharing unless authorized.
• Notification: Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Your Journey Data

You retain ownership of all information you provide ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

• Store and display Your Data to provide the Service
• Use anonymized data to improve our AI and algorithms
• Share Your Data only as you direct (e.g., when applying for opportunities)

Important: You control who sees what. We never sell your personal data. Ever.

6. DeepSeek AI Mentor

DeepSeek is your AI thinking partner. Here's what you should know:

• AI is not perfect: DeepSeek learns from data and may make mistakes. Always use your judgment.
• Conversations are private: Your chats are confidential unless you choose to share them.
• No professional advice: DeepSeek provides insights, not professional career, financial, or legal advice.
• Improvement: We use conversations to improve DeepSeek, but you can opt out anytime.

7. Premium Subscriptions

Billing

• Premium plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your full payment details.
• Plans auto-renew unless cancelled.

Cancellations and Refunds

• You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
• No refunds for partial months—you'll have access until the end of your billing period.
• If you're unhappy, contact us. Mr. Abas personally reviews refund requests.

Price Changes

• We may adjust prices with 30 days' notice.
• Price changes won't affect your current billing cycle.

8. HR and Investor Portals

If you use our HR or Investor services:

• You represent that you're a legitimate HR professional or accredited investor.
• You agree to use candidate/founder information only for legitimate purposes.
• You won't share or misuse any personal information accessed through our platform.
• Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

9. Volunteer Token Program

Our volunteer token program is designed to reward early contributors:

• Tokens are not securities: They represent a promise to convert to equity upon a future liquidity event.
• No guarantee of value: There's no guarantee that tokens will have monetary value.
• Terms subject to change: Program details may evolve as the company grows.
• Consult a professional: We recommend speaking with a financial advisor about tax implications.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to bypass our security measures
• Scrape or copy content without permission
• Use the Service for illegal purposes

11. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Service, including our logo, design, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by Mr. Abas and protected by copyright and trademark laws (pending approval).

Your IP: You retain all rights to Your Data. You grant us a license to use it to provide the Service (see Section 5).

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices. Your use is at your own risk.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in your settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE'S RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.

DEEPSEEK AI PROVIDES INSIGHTS, NOT GUARANTEES. YOUR JOURNEY IS YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MR. ABAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mr. Abas, its employees(if any), and volunteers(if any) from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or site notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your local citizenship, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
