How Token Conversion Works
Transparent Tracking: All volunteer hours are logged and verified through our system.
Regular Statements: You receive monthly statements of your token balance.
Conversion at Listing: Upon IPO or acquisition, tokens convert at a pre-determined rate.
No Expiration: Your tokens never expire. They're yours forever.
